OB/GYN

Routine Prenatal Care

At HCMC, we’re pleased to provide a shared care model for prenatal and obstetric care. This pairs the convenience of having most prenatal appointments at HCMC with the expertise of an OB/GYN for delivery.

You’ll be able to choose a provider from the Obstetricians & Gynecologists, P.C. staff who will take over your care from 36 weeks through delivery. When you return home after delivery, HCMC will resume providing care for you and your baby closer to home. Prenatal appointments will take place every four weeks until 28 weeks, every two weeks from 28-36 weeks and every week from 36-40 weeks. The 12-14 week and 36+ week appointments will be with the OB/GYN provider of your choice.
