Chad Miller is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist who has been providing anesthesia services to rural Nebraska since 2012, and specifically to the patients of Howard County Medical Center since 2020. He received his undergraduate Bachelor of Science-Nursing degree in 2007 from The University of Nebraska Medical Center and his Master of Science-Anesthesiology degree in 2012 from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida. Chad provides a full spectrum of anesthesia services including general, ultrasound guided regional anesthesia, sedation and spinal/epidural anesthesia.
In addition, he provides service in the emergency department and obtaining vascular access for long term IV therapy along with acute and chronic pain management solutions with fluoroscopy guided spine injections and ultrasound guided Iovera treatment for chronic knee pain. Chad has completed aesthetic injection training through the Injection and Health Training Institute in Belton, TX and looks forward to providing these services locally. Chad lives in St. Paul with his wife Stephanie and their three daughters. In his free time he enjoys traveling, golf, attending Husker Basketball games, and supporting his daughters’ growing list of activities.

- Crow's Feet: 5-15 Botox units per side
- Forehead Lines: 10-30 Botox units
- Underarm Hyperhidrosis: 50-100 Botox units per side
- Palmar Hyperhidrosis: 50-100 Botox units per side
- TMJ Treatment: 15-20 Botox units per side
- Lip Flip or Gummy Smile: 4-8 Botox units
